My home was south in Spring Hill - which if you know the area, is 45 minutes from downtown Nashville, 30 minutes from Cool Springs and honestly - in the middle of a HUGE amount of construction traffic. The house was listed in the low $300s and I sold it for what I knew in my head I was willing to settle on.   There is also alot of new construction down there which we were competing with.  I think there were a few key things that helped that Shelly invested in to sell my home.   First - she helped me to determine how to stage the house and recommended things I could do to make it more appealing - listen to her! Second - she took great pictures of the house. I think this was also key because it increased the showings because it looked great on the internet. Third - she listened to me. She knew what I wanted to sell for and she worked for me. She made me realize what the market could bear, educated me on homes selling in the area, even took me to a couple that were in my area and comparable so I knew what I was up against.  I was not in a hurry to sell, so I had time on my side, but we worked together and that made it feel good.  I even took my house off the market in the winter because I didn't want the hassle and she supported me in that decision. I HIGHLY recommend Shelly. She has become a close personal friend and I just referred someone new to the area to work with her on buying as well.
